We are open Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Mondays only during November, December, January 10am until 4pm.
Please check back here for updates as opening times through the winter are subject to weather conditions. If we are closed on a day we are scheduled to open there will be a notice at the top of the this page.
We take cash, debit or credit cards at the aquarium and you can purchase tickets in advance online.
Buy tickets online. We'll email you a confirmation but you don't need to print off the tickets, just give us your name when you arrive.

Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are permitted inside the aquarium provided they are on a lead.
Is the aquarium wheelchair friendly?
The aquarium is all on one level and suitable for people in a wheelchair.
